Ayala Deutsch is Senior Vice President & Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at the NBA, where she oversees the acquisition, protection and enforcement throughout the world of intellectual property rights belonging to the National Basketball Association, the Women’s National Basketball Association, the National Basketball Association Development League and USA Basketball. Ms. Deutsch received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1989. Ms. Deutsch currently serves on the Women in the Profession Committee of the New York City Bar Association and is an adjunct professor of sports law at Cardozo School of Law.
