Steven S Siegel

Siegel joined us in March 2005 after serving as our outside counsel since 2002. Beginning in 1995, he was a partner of Brownstein Hyatt & Farber, P.C., where he served as chair of the Corporate and Securities Department and as a member of the firm's executive committee. From 1990 through 1995, he was with the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, becoming a partner in 1993. He began his legal career as an associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore in 1987. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Colorado. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
