Michael O'Kane

Prior to forming his own consulting practice, Michael worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, serving in the Supervision and Regulation Division, where he attained the position of Senior Examiner. As Examiner-in-Charge, his responsibilities included leading safety-and-soundness and consumer-compliance examinations of large and high-profile institutions in the Federal Reserve's 12th District. In addition, Michael regularly participated in the New York Fed's Shared National Credits Program, reviewing the credit quality of large syndicated loans granted by money center banks.
