Bruce Rabb

Counsel Corporate Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP Mr. Rabb's practice focuses primarily on U.S. and international corporate and securities law. Mr. Rabb draws upon his experience in structuring of joint ventures; acquisitions of businesses and large equipment; public and private financing of new ventures and existing businesses; licensing of equipment and technology; protection of trade secrets; and general counseling of both entrepreneurs and established management. Mr. Rabb's clients include companies in the areas of manufacturing, newspaper and television, investments, the development and application of high technology, mining, and health care.
