Mr. Bayly served as interim Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Can Corporation from April, 2004 to January, 2005, and Chairman, President and CEO of Ivex Packaging Corporation, a specialty packaging company until June, 2002. He was a director of General Binding Corporation from 1998 until August, 2005. He currently is a director of Huhtamaki Oyj, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. and Graphic Packaging Holding Company.
