Kathy Clark

In her role as Vice President of Banking Operations, Kathy manages and monitors banking operations processes including internal reconciliation, wire transfers, ACH Transfers and deposit processing; as well as the many functions related to our ever-growing fleet of ATMs. Over her 17 year banking career, Kathy has acted in a multitude of roles such as Director, Operations Officer (more than once), Branch Manager and Vice President-Assistant CEO. In her wide-ranging experience, she has been responsible for developing written policy, procedure manuals, implementing training programs for new regulations and instituting successful compliance programs. Kathy is a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, proud to work with people who share her values of integrity, teamwork and focus.
