Megan Hodges

Megan Hodges, Director of Development, co-leads the development department in partnership with the Director of Communications, to execute all of Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School's fundraising efforts. Additionally, Megan is responsible for growing contributions to Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School from individual and corporate supporters and oversees event based fundraising. Megan received her Bachelor's in Communication Studies from New York University. Prior to arriving at Harlem RBI, Megan worked as an Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships and Planning for Princeton University, where along with other responsibilities she prepared and reviewed campaign strategies targeting University alumni and other potential donors. Megan also has a strong background in industry research and sales and marketing.
