Paul Schultz, Managing Director, is General Counsel and Secretary of Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Baird’s Legal and Compliance departments. Paul joined Baird as Associate General Counsel in 2000 and has had broad exposure to all of Baird’s businesses along with primary legal responsibility for corporate and employee holding matters. Paul is a member of Baird’s finance committee, associate holdings committee, risk management credit committee, and healthcare and retirement subcommittees. Prior to joining Baird, Paul was an attorney in the Corporate Finance and Securities practice group at Quarles & Brady LLP. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. Paul is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
