Robb O'Hagan is in her current position at Flywheel Sports, an indoor fitness company, since 2016. Previously, she was president of Equinox Holdings, president of Gatorade, and marketing director at Nike, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Entertainment Group. Sarah Robb O'Hagan is Founder of EXTREMEYOU, a platform providing content and programs to help people discover and achieve their own potential, and she is currently writing a book by the same name. Formerly, Sarah served as President of Equinox, the world's premier fitness lifestyle company, during which time she led an aggressive strategy to grow the company's capabilities from bricks and mortar gyms to a technology enabled "always on" fitness lifestyle offering. Prior to that, Sarah served as Global President of Gatorade. Under her leadership, Gatorade transformed from a sports drink company to a sports performance innovator, spearheaded by the successful launch of the "G Series" in the USA, Latin America, UK and Australia. Sarah joined Gatorade after six years at Nike, where she was a member of the team that launched Nike Plus. Prior to Nike, Sarah worked at Atari Interactive, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Virgin Megastores and Air New Zealand. Sarah has served on Hillary Clinton's US State Department Council to Empower Women and Girls through Sports and is a trustee of the Women's Sports Foundation and board member of Strava. A New Zealand Native, she is an active member of the World Class New Zealand Network. Sarah's honors include being named one of the "Most Creative People in Business" by Fast Company magazine (2012), was among Forbes magazine's "Most Powerful Women in Sports" (2009, 2014) and Ad Age magazine's Women to Watch (2010). Sarah received her Bachelors of Commerce in marketing from the University of Auckland and holds a Diploma in Direct Marketing from the NZ Direct Marketing Association. She is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute.
