Robert J Harding

Robert Harding has served as a director of Brookfield since May 1992 and as Chairman from 1997 to August 2010. A resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Mr. Harding is director and Chairman of Norbord Inc. and Chairman of the Brookfield Infrastructure Global Advisory Board. He is also a director of Manulife Financial Corporation, Chair of the Board of Governors of the University of Waterloo, a trustee of the Hospital for Sick Children, the Art Gallery of Ontario and the United Way of Greater Toronto.
