Lorry I Lokey

Mr. Lokey is the Chairman Emeritus of Houlihan Lokey’s Board of Directors and formerly the company’s chairman, CEO and president. He has testified as an expert witness in state and federal courts and before the California Corporations Commissioner about capital stock and business appraisals, the reasonableness of executive compensation, monetary damages and other matters. In addition, he has provided financial and valuation advice in many mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts of public and private companies. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lokey was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a research engineer with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He is a member of the boards of directors of several private companies involved in various industries, including automotive parts, convenience stores and entertainment. He also serves on the boards of various nonprofit organizations. Mr. Lokey earned a B.S. in engineering and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
