Kevin P Brady

Kevin P. Brady was elected on January 28, 1997 to serve as a director. Mr. Brady is the founder and CEO of TaxStream and LexStream, both software firms that specialize in financial reporting and internal control. TaxStream was sold to Thomson Corporation on January 30, 2008 and Mr. Brady is currently employed to run the TaxStream business on behalf of Thomson Corporation. Mr. Brady founded TaxStream in December 1993. From July 1986 through November 1993, Mr. Brady worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City.
