The Main Pass Energy Hub™ (MPEH™) facilities are currently owned by Freeport-McMoRan Energy, LLC (“FME”), a subsidiary of McMoRan Exploration Co. (“MMR”). FME holds the sulphur and salt lease on Main Pass Block 299, located in Federal waters offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
