Travelport

Travelport travel companies offer services to businesses and consumers. Its brands include Galileo, a global distribution system; Gulliver's Travel Associates, a wholesaler of travel content; and consumer travel websites Orbitz and Cheaptickets.com in the US, and ebooker.com in Europe. The Blackstone Group bought the company from Cendant for $4.3 billion in a sale that closed in August 2006. Revenue figure excludes publicly traded subsidiary Orbitz.
