Products include flattop chains, industrial bearings, industrial chains, couplings and gears, and aerospace bearings and seals. Formerly a subsidiary of Invensys, the Carlyle Group acquired Rexnord in 2002. In 2006 Apollo Management bought Rexnord. The company has approximately 7,100 employees worldwide.
