Social change can be hard. Really hard. I enjoy partnering with philanthropic and nonprofit leaders to find ways to overcome challenges and accelerate progress towards a more equitable, just and environmentally sustainable society. I love figuring out how to take great ideas and turn them into an initiative or policy for real change. I enjoy working collaboratively to take innovative programs and scale and sustain them for larger impact. I don’t have a cookie cutter approach, and I don’t pretend to have all the answers.
