Villages Property Management

Villages Property Management (VPM) is tasked with providing the greatest experience for the tenants in its service portfolio. Only managing the properties developed and owned by Alex DeCamp and Reimer Priester, VPM’s portfolio consists of key residential and commercial structures helping to drive the retail and residential resurgence of the Villages of Detroit. To date DeCamp & Priester’s projects include mixed-use developments along Kercheval Avenue, the Chalfonte apartment building on the edge of East and Indian Village, a significant number of beautifully restored duplex and single family homes in West and North Village, and a historic, mixed-use building in Midtown. DeCamp & Priester’s community involvement continues far beyond real estate development and management. Alex serves on the boards of the Villages CDC, the West Village Neighborhood Association and Transportation Riders United (TRU). Reimer is on the boards of the Detroit Public Schools Foundation and Write A House and is highly involved with the Michigan Humane Society and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. DeCamp & Priester are proud graduates of the University of Michigan and Duke University respectively.
