Elder Care (Loneliness) Tel Aviv - Hevru-TA

Hevru-TA: Impact investment to reduce loneliness of the elderly in Tel Aviv The first-ever program to reduce loneliness of Tel-Aviv´s elderly residents, improve their quality of life and connect them to the community. The program is based on building meaningful relationships in the communities surrounding these elderly residents. This includes visits by volunteers who will assist in connecting and integrating the elderly into the activity within his community and also, utilizing a technological component, which will make the connection with family members and other project participant accessible.
