(“EMS”), now EnGlobe Corp., a federally incorporated company, was until January 17, 2011, a publicly traded company with its common shares trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). EnGlobe changed its name from Environmental Management Solutions Inc. on or about April 20, 2007. EnGlobe carries on business as an environmental services company specializing in the management, treatment, reuse and disposal of organic waste and contaminated soil, with emphasis on beneficial reuse."
