The Other Foundation

The Other Foundation is an LGBTI community foundation for southern Africa. It gathers financial and other support for those who are working to protect and advance the human rights, wellbeing and social inclusion of lesbian, gay, and bisexual women and men, as well as transgender and intersex people in southern Africa – and gives that support on in a way that helps groups to work better for lasting change. It does this through grant making, production of new knowledge, convenings, and philanthropy development.
