Australian based, formed as ‘Porn Harms Kids’ in 2016 and rebranded to ‘eChildhood’ in 2018. The organisation claims to “connect the community to protect, support and equip children, and young people, to be free from pornography harms, through the promotion of Digital Child Protection Buffers and mobilising a Public Health Response” eChildhood is a company limited by guarantee and registered charity with DGR status. According to the organisation, “The principal activity of eChildhood as a health promotion charity is to ‘promote the prevention or control’ of disease(s).”
