Ice Contractor founded by a Joe Lonsdale associate
Gothams LLC, formed in 2019 by a colleague of Palantir co-founders Peter Thiel and Joe Lonsdale, is among the companies ICE selected. In 2022, the company received an emergency contract from the state of Texas to build and operate a tent facility near the border with Mexico. Texas closed the site in April, citing a drop in border crossings.
