Hawaii Regional Council of Carpenters

The UBC is one of North America’s largest building trades unions with over a half-million members. HRCC operates under UBC umbrella. HRCC represents unionized carpenters and related trades specifically in Hawaiʻi. Includes local affiliates, such as Carpenters Local 745, which operates in Honolulu. Works with contractors and other organizations to negotiate collective bargaining agreements and provide training through programs like the Hawaiʻi Carpenter Apprenticeship and Training Fund.
