St. John Fruit Belt Community Development Corporation

In 2003 Dr. Chapman created the St. John Fruit Belt Community Development Corporation. The St. John Fruit Belt Corporation is the producer of our $54 million, single-family, subsidized housing units and town homes and the first stage of restoring the historic Fruit Belt community to a first class neighborhood.
