EHN Canada, a network of mental health and addiction treatment centers, was formed in 2014 when Bellwood and Edgewood Treatment Center joined. Bellwood was the first residential treatment centre in Canada and in its early days, was primarily created to support doctors. CEO Joe Manget is the founder of Edgewood Health Network. Primarily for profit - EHN offers inpatient/outpatient and virtual services. There are a few publicly funded spots at Bellwood. The Saskatchewan centre - Willowview is paid for by the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Red Deer location is paid for by the Alberta Government. Cost to attend the treatment centres range and can be covered by credit cards, cheque, medical credit cars, bank loans, insurance policies. Estimated cost to attend Nanaimo location is $40,000 for 4.5 weeks. New Guardians program is for veterans, active military, prison guards, police, firefighters, paramedics, border security, corrections.
