Michael Chochon directs all finance operations at TD AMERITRADE and is also responsible for the capital structure, liquidity, balance sheet management, risk reporting and external banking and rating agency relations for the Company. Before joining the Company in 2003, Chochon served in several management roles with E*Trade Group, including interim CFO of a business acquired by E*Trade, treasurer and director of tax and treasury. He also served in corporate tax and treasury positions at Ernst & Young, Oracle Corporation and Iomega. He serves on TD AMERITRADE's Disclosure, Regulatory Reporting, Brokerage Risk, Securities Lending Credit and 401(k) committees, as well as the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's (SIFMA) Treasury Steering Committee and holds a Series 27 license. Chochon received his B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
