Daniel W. Cook, III is a retired general partner and senior director of Goldman Sachs & Co. He is a senior advisor to MHT Partners, a trustee of The Communities Foundation of Texas, Inc. and chairman of The Vice President's Residence Foundation in Washington, D.C. Cook serves on the board of directors for Centex Corporation, Brinker International, Inc., National Center for Policy Analysis, National Review, the Dallas Museum of Art, SMU's Willis M. Tate Distinguished Lecture Series and the Edwin L. Cox School of Business.
