Gregorio Reyes

Reyes, who has served as a director since 2001, succeeds James H. Keyes, who remains an LSI director. Reyes was a co-founder of Sunward Technologies in 1985 and served as its chairman and CEO until 1994. He has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994.
