Jane Brunner

Jane Brunner is a senior attorney in the offices of Siegel & Yee. She specializes in employment civil litigation, arbitration, student rights and discipline. She represents numerous plaintiffs in wrongful termination and discrimination issues, as well as small businesses in the area of employment. Ms. Brunner represents SEIU Local 87, San Francisco janitors. Previously she served as staff attorney with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1245. She routinely presents at The State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law Sections. Ms. Brunner is a member of the Oakland City Council and Chair of the Community and Economic Development Committee. She was chair of the Affordable Housing Task force and has been successful in acquiring millions of dollars in additional funding for housing.
