Margaret W Covell

Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2006. Ms. Covell serves as a senior advisor to Thomas H. Lee Partners. Ms. Covell co-led the start-up of THL's Strategic Resource Group, which provides advisory support to management teams. Since joining THL, she worked extensively with numerous portfolio companies including Acosta, Inc., Clear Channel Communications, Inc., inVentiv Health Inc. and Simmons Bedding Company. Ms. Covell also filled several interim senior executive roles within the portfolio companies and has served as a director on the board Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining THL, Ms. Covell was a senior partner at the Monitor Group, a global strategic advisory firm, where she was a global account manager for Fortune 500 company clients across a range of industries including Life Sciences and Health Care, Consumer Products, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Logistics. While at Monitor, she built and led the Operations Strategy business unit. Ms. Covell holds a B.A., cum laude, in English Literature from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
