John D. Beckett has been a member of the Company's Board and the Board of Directors of the Company's subsidiary Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since the closing of the Merger in 2003. From 1993 until the closing of the Merger, Mr. Beckett served as one of the directors of GPIC. He has been Chairman of the R.W. Beckett Corporation, a manufacturer of components for oil and gas heating appliances, since 1965 and from 1965 until 2001, Mr. Beckett also served as its President.
