Fred G. Weiss has been the managing director of FGW Associates, Inc., a consulting firm, since 1997. Mr. Weiss served as Vice President, Planning, Investment and Development of Warner-Lambert from 1983 to 1996 and prior to that served as Vice President and Treasurer of Warner-Lambert from 1979 to 1983, where he was involved in both strategic planning and corporate development. Mr. Weiss is also an Independent Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of numerous BlackRock-sponsored mutual funds. Additionally, Mr. Weiss has been a Director of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since 2000.
