Wyck A Knox Jr

Wyck A. Knox, Jr., former partner in, and Chairman of the Executive Committee (for four years) of the law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP or a predecessor firm, from 1976 until his retirement in 2007; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Knox Rivers Construction Company from 1976 until 1995. Mr. Knox has been a director of AGL Resources since November 1998.
