Mr. Trapp has been a director of the Company since 2003. He was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, public accountants, from 1973 until his retirement in 2000, where he held various executive positions including Managing Partner for the Southeast area. He was also a member of Ernst & Young's Partner Advisory Council. Mr. Trapp is currently a private investor and a director of Global Payments, Inc. where he is chairman of its audit committee.
