Dr. Flagg is a Certified Public Accountant and an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he has taught since 1988. Dr. Flagg holds a Master of Science in Economics, an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Accounting. Dr. Flagg is Chairman of our Audit Committee. He is a member on the board of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
