Frederick W Kyle

Mr. Frederick W. Kyle, also known as Fred, has been a Consultant in the healthcare field since January 1994. Mr. Kyle served as a Managing Partner of Finisterre Management Corporation, an investment firm specializing in the healthcare industry from January 1994 to September 1996. From December 1991 to January 1994, he served as Senior Vice President of the American Red Cross. For eleven years prior to that he served with SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals (now GlaxoSmithKline), most recently as President of Worldwide Commercial Operations for SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Kyle has been Chairman of the Board of BioRexis Pharmaceuticals Corporation since July 2002. He serves as Vice Chairman of The Philadelphia Orchestra Association. Mr. Kyle served as Vice Chairman of Pharmaceutical Marketing Services, Inc., a company providing marketing data and market research to the pharmaceutical industry since October, 1996. Mr. Kyle serves as Director of The Institute for OneWorld Health. Mr. Kyle serves as Director of BioRexis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. He serves as a Director of CytoMed, Inc. and Arrail Dental Limited. He serves as a trustee of Swarthmore. He served as Director of SmithKline Beecham plc and Pharmaceutical Marketing Services, Inc. He served as a Director of Virus Research Institute Inc. from July 1996 to August 1998. He served as a Director of Avant Immunotherapeutics Inc. from August 1998 to May 13, 2004. Mr. Kyle received his bachelor's degree in economics from Swarthmore.
