Retired from 20 years as Vice President of Finance and Administration with The Ryland Group and 12 years as Executive Vice President for Search Ministries.
Bill and his wife Vera have four children and eight grandchildren and attend Bishop Cummins Reformed Episcopal Church, Catonsville, Maryland.
