Shan Cooper

Shan Cooper is chief transformation officer at WestRock Co., a position she’s held since 2016. Previously Cooper was vice president of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and general manager of its Marietta facility, which designs, produces, modifies, and maintains military aircraft for the United States and other countries. She served as Lockheed Martin Aeronautics’ vice president of business ethics, and also held other leadership roles at Lockheed Martin and Lucent Technologies.
