Richard W. Shymanski has been a director of SIGECO, SIGCORP, or the Company since 1989. He is Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fendrich Industries, Inc., a holding company comprised of divisions that manufacture and import bandanas and other advertising specialty products; dyes and finished yarns for the textile industry; prints on lightweight woven goods and precut fabric, and engages in quilting products design and manufacturing. He is also the retired Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Harding, Shymanski & Co., P.S.C., Certified Public Accountants and consultants, in Evansville, Indiana. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Evansville.
