David M. LeBlanc is President of Lincoln Electric Europe and is responsible for the Company's sales, marketing and manufacturing operations in Europe. Previously, Mr. LeBlanc was President of Lincoln Electric Latin America, and before that, served as Managing Director of Lincoln Electric Mexicana, a wholly-owned subsidiary. During his Lincoln Electric career, Mr. LeBlanc has held several consulting assignments for Lincoln in Brazil, France and Spain. Prior to joining Lincoln, Mr. LeBlanc worked for General Electric Plastics as a business development specialist and was a technical representative for Lincoln Electric in its Columbus Ohio office.
