Thomas J. Bolger became our Senior Vice President, Human Resources in August 2007. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Bolger served as a founder and managing partner of Waveland International, a professional services/executive recruiting firm, from 1997 to August 2007. Mr. Bolger has spent 20 years in corporate human resources and 16 years in the talent management and consulting arena.
