Charlene H Keys

Charlene Keys is Area Vice President for Time Warner Cable, South Carolina. Since joining Time Warner Cable in 2004, Charlene has held several positions including Vice President/General Manager for Columbia/Hilton Head Markets; Vice President of Technical Operations; and Vice President/General Manager of Voice. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, she held key executive positions within the Telecommunications industry. Active in the community, Charlene currently serves as board chair for The Columbia Urban League and Immediate Past President and Chair of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) – Carolinas Chapter. She also serves on the board of United Way of the Midlands. Charlene received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business from the University of the State of New York and her Master in Business Administration from Mercer University. She is also a graduate of the distinguished Betsy Magness Leadership Institute – the cable industry’s flagship leadership development program preparing senior-level women to take on significant leadership responsibilities.
