Sharon W Bryant

Sharon Bryant is SC Banking Director and Director of Wealth Management, EVP at First Citizens. Sharon is responsible for all of the company’s retail and commercial operations in South Carolina. As director of First Citizens’ Wealth Advisory Group, she oversees private banking and the delivery of investment management, trust and estate planning, insurance planning and retirement. Active in the community, Sharon serves on the boards of Home Works and Midlands Technical College Foundation and is Immediate Past Chair of the S.C. Bankers Association. She has served on the boards of EdVenture Children’s Museum, Heathwood Hall Episcopal School, Palmetto Health Foundation, Columbia Museum of Art, Columbia Urban League and the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce. She has received the Women of Distinction award by the Girl Scouts of America and the Athena award by the Chamber of Commerce. Sharon received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of the South at Sewanee. She is also a 1995 graduate of Leadership Columbia, a founding member of Women in Philanthropy and a Junior League Sustainer.
