Dwight S Taylor

Dwight S. Taylor has been an independent director of Price Group since 2004, and is a member of the Audit and Executive Compensation Committees. Since 1999, he has been the president of COPT Development & Construction Services, LLC, a commercial real estate developer which is a subsidiary of Corporate Office Properties Trust. Mr. Taylor also is a director of MICROS Systems, Inc., a provider of information technology for the hospitality and retail industry.
