Scott B Flaherty

Scott B. Flaherty has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Colt Defense LLC since November 10, 2010. He has been with Colt Defense since May of 2009. Mr. Flaherty served as a Managing Director in the equity capital markets origination business at Banc of America Securities LLC. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities in 2001, Mr. Flaherty was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Flaherty received a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.
