Mr. Williams is the Corporate President and Vice Chairman of GoldToeMoretz, LLC, the resultant parent company formed as a result of the merger of Gold Toe Bands, Inc. and Moretz Sports, Inc. in October 2006. From 1999 through October 2006, Mr. Williams served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Toe Brands, Inc., the largest branded sock manufacturer in the United States.
