Marimarlene Clay

Marimarlene has over 30 years of regulatory and financial industry experience. Prior to joining Promontory, she was a National Bank Examiner at the Office of Comptroller of the Currency, where she was a member of the compliance specialist team and the AML lead expert. She has experience evaluating regulatory reporting, audit, and governance topics. Marimarlene spent seven years as Head of Compliance and the BSA Officer at a regional bank in the Southeast. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
