Michael S. From February 2000 until January 2001, Mr. Diament was a senior research analyst for Sandell Asset Management, an investment management firm, and served as vice president of Havens Advisors, an investment management firm, from July 1998 to January 2000. He was first appointed to the board in 2004. He also serves on the board of J.L. French Automotive Castings, Inc., a privately-held auto parts company. He previously served on the board of directors of i2 Technologies, Inc. and WilTel Communications Group, Inc.
