Mr. Oatey has been a Director since January 2003. He is the chairman and chief executive officer of Oatey Co., a privately owned manufacturer of plumbing products, since January 1995. Mr. Oatey also is a director of Shiloh Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of engineered metal products for the automotive and heavy truck industries. Mr. Oatey is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
