Robert D Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy held a number of executive and senior management positions with Union Carbide Corporation, including Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. He retired as Chairman from Union Carbide in 1995 after a career that spanned 40 years. He retired as a director of Sunoco Inc. and International Paper in 2005. He is a director of Blount International and on the Advisory Board of RFE Investment Associates.
